Please enter a description for this photo album. On Friday 6^th March we celebrated World Book Day at school. The children had a brilliant time exploring the books of Julia Donaldson. The day began with a colourful assembly where the children enjoyed seeing each other’s costumes and hearing a little about the author. We couldn’t believe that she has written over 200 books and we are lucky enough to have lots of them in our classrooms and library. The rest of the day was spent completing lots of creative and interesting activities. One particularly special activity that every class enjoyed was a session with ‘Dani the storyteller’ who helped each year group to bring one of Julia’s books to life.
