The Year 1s had a super time at their Toys from the past workshop on Thursday. The toy museum was brought to them and they spent lots of time exploring and playing with toys they hadn’t seen before. There were old dolls, automated toys, an old typewriter and lots of old vehicles that children from the past used to play with. They also had the opportunity to make their own toys in the afternoon such as flip books, peg dolls and spinning tops. Thank you Nina from History Off the Page for such a lovely, interesting day!
