Come and join our Manor Farm team!

Are you a caring, patient and enthusiastic person who is passionate about helping children to thrive? Manor Farm Community Infant School and Nursery is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide 1:1 support for a child with Special Educational Needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to a child’s school experience, helping them to access learning, develop their confidence and independence, and feel happy, safe and successful at school.

At Manor Farm, our motto is Together We Grow”, and our values – Be Kind, Have Respect, Achieve Your Best – are at the heart of everything we do. We are a friendly, nurturing infant school and nursery where relationships matter and where staff work closely together to ensure every child is supported to achieve their best.

We are looking for someone who is warm, positive and resilient, with a genuine commitment to supporting children with additional needs. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENDCo and wider staff team to provide consistent, individualised support for the child throughout the school day.

Experience of working with children and/or children with SEND would be desirable; however, equally important are the right attitude, patience, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

If you are looking for a role where you can become a valued member of a supportive school community and have a positive impact on a child every day, we would love to hear from you.
